Asterisk training excellence

Put simply, TeleSpeak is the ‘go to’ place for training on Asterisk. Our instructor-led courses teach you how to install, configure, tune, and maintain a complete system. Industry recognised certifications such as the Digium Certified Asterisk Professional (dCAP) are also available through TeleSpeak, allowing you to bring a new skill set to your career or company.

One of the important points that comes up about our training is that TeleSpeak guarantees that all scheduled courses at our offices will run if anyone has booked their place. We can also pledge that the course has a strong element of fun; experience has shown that this helps the positive reinforcement of key pieces of learning. It never fails to impress delegates that they will be making high definition audio phone calls on an open standards PC that they have installed and configured for themselves. Exposure to a range of SIP handset devices and getting both a SIP trunk and an ISDN trunk configured in a safe environment is considered valuable experience by our delegates. Courses offered include:

  • The Asterisk Fast Start class, which is suitable for beginners
  • The Asterisk Advanced class assumes some knowledge of Linux and telephony
  • Bespoke training, possibly as part of project consultancy
